I'd given up on getting a McSpidey. Then CAF came to the rescue.

I received a ping from a fellow CAFer (thanks again Matt!) inquiring about a page I had. It was a page that I really didn't want to get rid of so we started on trade talks. As the talks progressed, we went back and forth - the usual "you give me that...and throw in $100" type of thing. And, we weren't making a lot of headway. Then Mike Burkey entered the deal and all of a sudden we were cooking with oil!

Thirty (or more?) offers and counter offers later, Matt got the page he was looking for, Mike got a pile (literally, pile!) of covers and splashes for his site, and I got a McFarlane Spider-Man page. I believe this meets the criteria of win-win-win.

Great experience for all involved. Thanks Matt, Mike, and Bill Cox (who even though he doesn't know it, I claim as facilitating my acquisition of a McSpidey!)

Congrats, Murray! It must feel good to join the elite McSpidey Club! I am still trying to find one to call my own and this story gives me hope! Awesome stuff!
