Description

Ah, the long ago days of Crossgen comics! There were so many books that I enjoyed, e.g., Ruse, Sojourn, and Meridian. Steve McNiven who took over the book after Josh Middleton self destructed through social media by criticizing the company.

As was the case with the other Crossgen books, the art was beautiful under Josh and remained so under Steve.

Steve was a guest at Amazing! Houston Comic Con 2016 and was doing head sketches for the "Civil War" VIPs which I was. However, unlike most folks, I wasn't after a major character from Civil War (Captain America) or the Death of Wolverine (Wolverine) which were both penciled by Steve. Nope, I went for Sephie and Ilahn, her uncle and the antagonist of the tale. Though I was only entitled to a single head shot, Steve worked both into the picture. Thanks, Steve.
