Description
This is a LONGGGGGGGG time in coming! I have always wanted an Arthur Adams in my collection but never had much luck in meeting him at a convention. I finally was able to get in touch with him and able get in touch with him in 2015 and made the arrangements. I was supposed to pick up in Heroes con but Things got slowed down. I was starting to worry but I heard that he was coming back to NYCC in 2016. I let him know I wwas coming and I was able to pick this gem up. I love the use of cross hatching to give shadow to the piece and the use of flame and liquid to give her a truly power impression

Awesome! Great cross hatching for sure. Arthur is on my want list as well, but who knows if that day will ever come. Congrats!

all I can tell you is that I've been chasing him for years and it finally paid off Daryl. Get to the show early and to his table first. If you can contact and let him know you are coming, so much the better. That's the best suggestion I can give you

Afrthur Adams is such a master craftsman.  The care he takes with his intricate detail is a love letter to his fans.  This piece is ultra-gorgeous, and the observations you made in your description are spot on.

You are welcome.  It was worth the hunt.   Part of me wishes he had chosen Warlock or Thing but then I look at Amara again and I know he made the right choice.
