Description"Marvel Fanfare" #6 by Sandy Plunkett & Craig Russell was some of the best art of the 1980's and it was an honor to recap it in this story--( I remember visiting Sandy, and him showing me alot of the art from the Fanfare story,,even the layouts & studies-amazing work-Sandy always worked hard to make the art " just right ") -( I think this shot of Scarlet Witch turned out well...)...................Mark Texeira inked the villain in this story while Mark Beachum inked the women.The pencils and all other inks-[ Spidey & Doc Strange and all the backgrounds & FX ], were done by me)Social/Sharing |

That Marvel Fanfare story is one of my ALL TIME favorite comics PERIOD!!! I was already a big fan of Craig's by then, but it really opened my eyes about Sandy. I am so jealous that you got to see all the originals in person, and I'm betting that Sandy showed you lots of other cool stuff too! Anyway, you guys have done a great job of paying artistic tribute to an all time classic story.
