"THERE YOU GO, POETRY"

This is something special, I've admired Claire Hummel's work for awhile now, she's probably best known for her series of "historically accurate Disney princesses" which gained a lot of internet attention. She did this amazing hand-painted cel for Gallery Nucleus's tribute to directors Ron Musker & Jon Clements with the same crazy amount of detail to the costume. If you look closely at the brooch you'll notice it's a silhouette of Dr. Doppler.

I recall as a teenager being excited about seeing the film. Picked up the art book ahead of the film's release. The designs were incredible. Sadly, Treasure Planet had a dissapointing story, but artistically magnificent. This illustration is just brilliant!!
