What few clues were found, led investigators nowhere.

Six months later, in a major metropolitan city, the legendary and infamous Nazi weapon of mass destruction emerges for the first time since the war: THE WAR WHEEL!
The War Wheel still strikes fear into the hearts of all those who encounter it....smashing towns and cities into rubble all across the land.

The Blackhawks themselves have come out of semi-retirement to try and stop the WHEEL, but their efforts seem to be futile.
The atomic bomb is being considered...in fact Jess Bright is manning the ATOMIC CANNON - which is able to deliver a 12 kiloton blast.
Will the Bomb end up doing more damage that the WHEEL itself?
