Captain America-Danielle Cage by Joe Eisma

An image I originally commissioned the end of November that in a way has gotten more meaning to it given certain...US...events...

Danielle Cage is the daughter of Luke Cage and Jessica Jones and took on the mantle of Captain America in a timeline where the Captain America's died (eventually revealed to be at the hands of Thanos). I loved the concept of her taking the mantle on both because it wasn't a typical character to have the mantle as Cap is usually just a badass normal and Danielle inherited her parents super strength/endurance, and because she in a nice way represents American multiculturalism being a mixed race hero.
