Aaron & Baruch - HC Edition

This is my personal holy grail. My grail of all grails.

Timo was the first artist ever I got a sketch of back in 1993.
It was the original comic book of Aaron & Baruch.
In Germany we didn't have that shows and conventions back then to meet the artists.
So it's something very special to me.

Back in 1993, the first comic book, drawn by the then 17-year-old Timo Wuerz and written by the 20-year-old Niki Kopp, was published by the Munich Splitter Verlag (which has just little in common with today's publisher of the same name). The 3-issue series Aaron and Baruch had already been completed, but only the first issue was published at the time. As Timo put it diplomatically, two young free spirits  “did not really fit to an right-wing conservative Berlin ex-baker”, because with the idiosyncratic publisher “we call it discussion”.

Finally collected and published in the hardcover edition back in 2016.
And I got the cover!!! Hell, YEAH!!!

This cover is - like the story - absolutely crazy and beautiful.

The story is about...
Both are successful at work.
Both deal with death.
Both suffer from a sick brain.
As killer Baruch is set on the arms dealer Aaron, he faces his hardest task so far.
Traversed by the hallucinations and nightmares of the protagonists, this thriller tells of two people who are more connected than they suspect and who are trying to find their way through the hell of madness.
