Juke Box 4 cover Jimmy Durante With autograph CAFCON2020

Years ago this came from Stephen A Douglass who edited for Famous Funnies of which Juke Box was a comic series. The drawing was originally done as part of the cover for Juke Box 4 - then lettering was added and it became the top half of the splash for the Jimmy Durante story in that issue. Not sure when it was colored.

It was not uncommon in the Golden and even silver age (see my Dick Giordano romance splash/cover) to reuse splashes as covers and vice versa often with the artist not getting paid for the second use

My brother got the autograph years ago so I am including it with the art in case people are interested in framing them together.
