Description

Dark Phoenix has made her entrance! Greg loves to draw X-men characters. He is fascinated with their costumes, powers, and different personalities. It makes the process for creating a painting, a sketch, or a finished black board drawing exciting. The possibilities for dynamic and cool poses are endless! This fiery character in particular, has not only and explosive personality but dangerous and complex powers. Dark Phoenix is an entity that uses Jean�s body and mind as a lens to create a duplicate of Jean that would grow to be more evil and corrupt the further it could latch its claws into Jean. With all of this in mind, Greg begins to draw this character in strong and very powerful poses. He uses vibrant reds, yellows, and oranges to paint the Dark Phoenix's wild and chaotic flames surrounding her. He then uses more precise brush strokes that form Dark Phoenix's figure and costume. All together creating a very energetic and lively painting!
