This is the Gold Foil Chase Card from the Vertigo card set from 1994 by Skybox. This is Card #6 Sandman Mystery Theatre with art by Kent Williams.

Description" The Sandman piece is a mixed media approach using painting and the photographic process combined, like i used in a number of my illustrations from that time period. My approach was to paint an image, then photograph it with my large format camera, and in the darkroom tone and manipulate the print to give it the effect. Sometimes I would then go back and paint some on the print and other times leave it just as it is coming out of the darkroom (this was before the photoshop existed). " Kent WILLIAMS .
