Demon Godzilla from Godzilla in Hell #1 by James Stokoe

This is a terrific interior page by James Stokoe, with intricate pen work, depicting Demon Godzilla from Godzilla in Hell #1. The Demon Godzilla half-Splash was used for the San Diego Comic Con variant cover for this book. It's pen over pencils. (I updated the image scan to improve the detail)

This is also one of the rare modern published comic book art pages that matches the published work, because this issue was entirely "silent" and had no word balloons or commentary boxes.

UPDATE: Boy, this has become quite the item. Since I last updated this description, this page of art was used by the anime streaming service Crunchyroll to create a limited edition "Godzilla in Hell" hoodie. It was also used as the cover to the IDW Compendium of three of their recent Godzilla series: "Legends," "In Hell," and "Rage Across Time." The compendium is called "Godzilla: Unnatural Disasters," which came out in mid June, 2021.
