Description
Original art by one of my all time favourite comic artists, the italian master Claudio Castellini. This commission is huge, powerful and rich of details as always in his style, pen and ink on a 35 × 50 board. Colossus ( X-Men) face to face with Gladiator (Shi'ar imperial guard ).... What can I say????.... although maybe He is not famous as he would deserves in my personal opinion Claudio is one of the very best of the biz....Wow...

Awesome! Reminds me of a bit of early Mike Deodato. A VERY good thing! I love that he draws Gladiator smaller than Peter (as he should be!). Another great artist to add to my long "must have" list!

I would love to see what happens a few seconds after this scene.  The tension is incredible.
