FLASH #1 (1987) page 6 by Jackson Guice & Larry Mahlstedt;
Wally West reflects on Barry Allen's death.

For a while now, I've wanted a nice page from Jackson Guice's (short) run
on the FLASH book, and I'm happy to add my favorite page from first issue
to my little collection.

Somehow, this page is the only visual appearance of Barry Allen in the entire
Mike Baron run. The text actually makes me interested in reading Barry's
revised, more grounded, post-crisis backstory as Mike Baron had envisioned it.

I love the captions in the last panel saying "he left me his costumes."
"and a picture of what a hero should be." (2nd text caption is missing on
the page, I may look to restore it at some point).

I'd like to thank Hector Medina and Joshua McCoy for making this happen.
I hope to provide a much better photo soon, to do more justice to the art.
