From Mad #177. A classic Aragones piece, and a humorous glance at what the con scene was like back in '87. There's a lot here for a comic art collector to appreciate, but my favorite bit is Jack Kirby (w/Evanier) strolling by a table selling oa. Don't you wish you could go to this con?

This is so awesome. 1987 was the second time I attended a comic con--SDCC with my dad--but it was my first serious con where I was primed and ready with want lists and a Galactus-sized hunger. Man, this brings me back...Thank you for posting it!
