Description
Tasmanian Devil and Joshua Barbazon, by the incredible Keith Giffen and Joe Rubinstein. The issue marked Barbazon's first appearance as the league's Australian Bureau Chief and the object of Hugh Dawkins' affection. Including Who's Who updates in all the 1989 annuals was a terrific idea, as was the choice of Giffen and Rubinstein as artists for this page. JLI was such great fun.

Love it! I always liked the Giffen art that was in the backup stories from some of the early JLI issues. Also thought it was a great idea to have him do the Who's Who drawings from the annuals.
