DescriptionConan #133 was one of the more memorable comics I read when I first started collecting comics. Here, Conan brings down the glass mountain that is holding the Princess captive by blowing into the key he took from King Wolden. Based on the evidence I found on page 10 that Ian Akin and Brian Garvey assisted with the backgrounds, I'd assume that they assisted here as well. For most people John Buscema or Barry Smith was the ultimate Conan artist. My first exposure to Conan was the run from Conan #127-134. So, Gil Kane's Conan holds a special place in my collecting heart. Social/Sharing |
