Description
This issue was the second best issue in Alan Moore's run. If you look carefully at Supreme's costume, he has the confederate flag because he woke up and realized that he became the Supremacist! Someone had changed history and caused the South to win the civil war. Of course Supreme (aka Superman) had to enlist the Leage of Infinity (aka Legion of Superheroes) for help to solve all this.

Very cool, and thanks to Al Gordon for parting with this page. He actually used red ink for the star field. because he wanted a different effect for the published page.

Hey Malvin! I really didn't want to sell this page... I guess I was dirt broke when you asked me about it... sigh. It's one of my all time fave-rave pieces I Inked over Chris. The red Ink was so the separator would print those red stars as a knockout. I think they colored the background/space a dark blue and then printed the stars in reverse so they were white on a colored field. Subtle... but I think it looked neato in the book!

Great Page from a great Supreme story! Love the League of Infinity appearances in Supreme.
