Description

This is Kathy's favorite Peanuts strip and the printed version from the Houston Chronicle has been on our refrigerator for more than 30 years!

Bruce McKorkindale does exact recreations and his Curt Swan and Jack Kirby recreation covers are thinks of beauty. When I realized that Kathy's Peanut's piece was wearing out, I thought that this might make a good Christmas gift and it did!

An interesting side note, the Houston Chronicle trimmed the top tier (logo and some setup panels) when they printed the strip. This is fairly common, but not something that I like. I had Bruce do the full strip at full size.

P.S. This is clearly marked as a reproduction on the back.

Reproduction or not. This once's a cool piece! 33 years on a refrigerator and still readable? Damn! It's in better condition than some other art. Congrats! Great piece!

Wait a minute ... Let me see if I understand ... You've had the same refrigerator for more than 30 years? Damn, me I'm at my second one in 18 :) Joking aside, lovely idea for a gift, and great result!
