DescriptionStory featuring Golden Arrow: “The Birdmen” (7 pp)Golden Arrow tries to aid a Native American tribe that are being rooked by petty thugs posing as tribal gods. Originally credited "Ruben Moreira", and he and Cataldo (who was Ruben’s step-father) can often be hard to keep apart at this time. Compare the rather stiff movement of figures, pointed hat brims in side-view, and the horses with his signed story "Lefty Jim-U.S. Marshal" in Crown Comics #16. He is credited only on ink by Jerry Bails' Who's Who, but the layout of figure movement and horses are all so identical to the signed story, that he probably has done it all. Social/Sharing |
