Blackhawk DC Archive Cover

This is the cover to the DC Blackhawk Archive Edidtion.
It is by Rod Ramos.
Now the dealer I bought this from had a note saying it was a recreation of an Eisner cover.
But the book says it is a recreation of a Reed Crandall work.
Lowry List Deputy Ray Cuthbert tells us, 'Your Blackhawk cover is based on a Reed Crandall Blackhawk drawing.....The original printing of the Reed Crandall cover is from Military
