This piece is a guilty pleasure buy;
I'm a BIG fan of GOTHAM's version of Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot,
and when I saw this page pop up, I was amazed to find GOTHAM's version
of Penguin appearing in an actual comicbook, many years before the show was even
conceived !

So what if he was actually referred to as "Cueball" in this story, and only looks
like actor Robin Lord in one, single panel, I finally got to add a great "Penguin"
page to my little collection !
