Description

Daredevil in my personal opinion is the Marvel character that have got the best artists and the very best stories in the last three decades, from Frank Miller and David Mazzuchelli to Kevin Smith and Joe Quesada, Bendis and Maleev until Brubaker,Michael Lark and Stefano Gaudiano. In particular way I loved the Brubaker/Lark/Gaudiano run so I hope you may enjoy my little gallery of that run as I loved it. The Brubaker' s storyline is dark, urban and realistic and the Lark' s art is absolutely perfect for It, more than reading a comic book thev experience is similar to seee a crime fiction film for rhythm, sequences, framing and characterization. In this page, n 9 from Daredevil # 83 ( " The Devil in cell- block D) Matt Murdock has been arrested and He release his anger punching the prison cell' s walls bit in his delirium is as if He has been training in a boxing gym under the his loved father' eyes. M.Lark ( who draws and inks this page) has been very good at rapresenting the situation mood with his dark style. The art is pen and ink 10 x 17 inches.
