I was excited to draw #Succubus again, I knew the owner was not too big into the TnA and I've been aching to change it up and this piece presented a chance for story telling that I rarely get to do cause it doesnt sell NEARLY as well, and often times the print goes into my reject pile (true story) like this one might, but I dont care because it was so much fun to do.

Succubus is like Poison Ivy where she can have anyone she wanted and she wanted #RedSonja , a mighty Warrior that no man could seduce, but has succumb to Succ's magic against her will, and Sonja will like it when she eventually gives in. I interlocked their hands to help show that, as well as her sword gently falling from her once firm grip, her #tail also helped bring Sonja's lips closer. Red's pose was very precisely chosen, if you look at the pencil "layout" you will notice Sonja's legs are lifted higher, and I felt that her legs looked to stiff and clumsy for a sexual mood as well as too young. I wanted to show that shes resisting and leaning back a bit because Succubus was pressing her chest onto Sonja's space. Succubus' other hand was the last bit of body language I used, I wanted Succ to be slowly "inching her way in" and only touching Sonja's breast with her finger tips. I didnt use a photo for this because, how? but I tried to envision her breast really falling onto her hand.

Im a bit intimidated with casting harsh shadows on a face and torso when usually its the other way around, the face and torso are the lightest shades of any piece but I grabbed my balls and did it anyways, I hoped the shadow would help make Sonja look dwarfed. The arched rock behind her was also suppose to help make you feel shes trapped in her chambers and I wanted the rocks to feel alive and pulsating with energy that the almighty Succubus would have. I love drawing and designing organic things, its so much fun to move your pencil in any direction, but with purpose.

This is entirely colored with #CopicMarker with white ink for the rock effects. Hope you like it, the horns and Red's abs are my fave part. I will have copies on my site later tonight, get yours at www.eBasMojo.com
