Dark Horse Comics, 1997 - 11"x17" - Inks over original pencils.

Nice differences between published page in B/W and original Art. This issue correspond to Nexus #97.
Synopsis: the great executioner Nexus killed his father! That's not news to Nexus readers, but it's a revelation for his followers, the people of Ylum. They turn against the once-mighty Nexus, and all those connected to him including Sundra Peale, who is in the midst of a presidential race. And that is when the great executioner contemplates his own end.

Fun page, with really cool watery reflections on the two characters in those middle panels. I would love to see the colorized version of it.

Rude is the best artist of his generation and this page (from one of the best Nexus books) is the proof.
