Description

Shaky's stuff blows my mind and I've been trying to put my finger the why and how it does that for a while. His stuff echo's familiar comic book and pop art idioms but its also got this warped, staged, collaged thing going on... and then when you read his comics... that stuff swirls together to make a really immersive reading experience. It's like with manga, where you're right there in the space with the characters, shoulder to shoulder, but the way he gets there is very different, and it's in color.
