Description

This is a concept piece for an Oz television series I commissioned from Jeffrey R. Busch who is known in comics for his Classics Illustrated edition of Rip Van Winkle. Jeff posed for this character of Lyman the train conductor. The character was to be the host of the show, and travel around the land of Oz, stopping at different points and leading into a story that took place in that land. This is roughly 9" x 12" acrylics on illustration board.
