Andy Runton's Owly provides wonderfully illustrated and nearly wordless stories for young people of all ages.
For that reason, I wanted him in my Sheldon Mayer sketchbook. I think he did a great job. The paper gave him grief though - his ink wouldn't dry in the expected time frame. Because he feared smudging, he redid
the piece on another sheet of paper.
