Avatar Cosplay

Identity withheld because of his age, this is one of two commissioned cosplay pieces by the boy's mother. This is also the first time I've ever attempted to render a character from the Avatar franchise. I welcome the challenge because this made me stretch my creative muscles and apply new effects to a piece. Etched with mixed media on a 9 x 12 Beinfang surface, you see the cosplayer demonstrate his airbending abilities much as the real Aang did on the show. I'm extremely proud of this especially considering I accomplished the air bubble around the figure and the fade beyond that without the use of computers.
