DescriptionMatt Haley's JLA/Avengers 911. This one took at least three years to be completed. A lot of head aches, a few tears and numerous patient emails later it arrived. I picked it up at Fed Ex on Christmas Eve or Christmas Morning if I remember right. What a present! The pencils are amazing! The details are stunning! I later Commissioned Alfa and Jang to color it and again I was amazed. The general idea was for Matt to do something with a day after 911 feel to it. But also with a JLA/Avengers theme. I think the Vision was supposed to be in this but to my surprize Firehawk appeared instead. I always liked Firehawk especially after hearing she would join the Justice League shortly after Crisis on Infinite Earth's. Wonder what happened with that idea? Anyway I was glad to see her included. The cast includes Firehawk, Firestorm, She Hulk, Zatanna, Wonder Woman, Superman, Captain America, Thor, Warbird and the Wasp.Social/Sharing |
