DescriptionDana was asked to do a pinup for The Foot Soldiers TPB that came out in 2012 from Dark Horse Comics. First he turned in a pencil, inked, and marker colored piece for it, but there was concern that the colors wouldn't reproduce correctly for publication so he redrew a new piece (this one) in just b&w pencils and inks only. He made some small tweaks to the image, mostly to the headstones of the cemetery, but they are essentially the same. Due to a falling out with the writer/creator, neither of Dana's pieces were published in the TPB, but they are cool so I picked up both from him recently.Social/Sharing |
