Description

I was at Tom Grummett's table at the start of 2018 Cincinnati Comic Expo when I saw this completed piece on a sketch pad off to the side. I asked if it was for sale and he said it was. He said it wasn't a commission but that he just saw someone dressed as Storm and started to sketch.
