SOLD AT AUCTION FOR $785!

14x17" stiff artboard features original art by Sheldon "Shelly" Moldoff (1920-2012), who was Bob Kane's first assistant on "Batman" and became a premiere Golden Age artist drawing Hawkman, again drawing Batman in the Silver Age. Pen and ink w/watercolor art shows Batman on Gotham city rooftop as bats fly around him while building is partially covered by large Batman shadow. The batsignal can bee seen in bkg. Dated "'93" w/Moldoff's signature. A couple tiny age spots, but o/w Exc.
