Description

This beautiful sketch is by Gotham City Garage artist Lynne Yoshi. It started as a pencil piece that was done at the Women In Comics event at the Brooklyn Public Library on June 30th. I got to the show late, and didn't want to ask Yoshii to do a rush job on a finished color piece. Yoshii subsequently announced that she would be at New York Comic Con this year and was taking orders for show commissions. I e-mailed her to inquire if she could finish this piece at the show, and she agreed. My girlfriend dropped off the sketchbook on Thursday, and I picked it up on Sunday. As you can see, Yoshii did an incredible job coloring it. Yoshii is a talented artist, and hopefully I'll be able to get other pieces from her in the future.
