Remaining panels show press corps asking President Reagan (who is not shown) questions, one asking "If Your Really Think It's Possible To Reconcile Deep Tax Cuts, Massive Military Spending And A Balanced Budget Without Having To Use Drugs." The other reporters reacting negatively. Reagan replies "That's Okay, Boys, I'm A Skillful Communicator And Educator" before going on to present a comparison between an orange and a nickel. Trudeau has signed last panel and Universal Press Syndicate copyright is at bottom left panel. Art was framed and as such artboard has aged.
