Description

A 3/4 image of Captain America in blue pencil and partial ink done by well known comic book artist Matthew or Matt Clark of Portland Oregon. At his table in FANEXPO Vancouver 2018...Matt had a stack of prelims/layouts and or experimental roughs...and this was one I pulled out. An experimental rough... a defined head shot (a rather sad sad face :( LOL...actually more shading below his lip) with 2 shield positions...you can see a vague outline of his shield on the right side with a strap around his bicep.
Size is 8.5 by 11 inches on sketch paper. Circa late 2000s. Signed by the artist in red marker on the lower right corner. Thanks again to Matt for this transaction.
