Description

Beautiful 14x17 inch gouache painting from the illustration god Patrick Nicolle. Painted in 1958.

Spitfires were simply THE iconic design of the second world war and deadly with it. Other planes were faster or had more guns, but none were as beautiful or manoeverable. Anything else is fake news :-)
