THIS IS IT. THE ULTIMATE ALAN MOORE/TOTLEBEN 80's ICON: "The Holy Grail".

Breathtaking to behold. This piece has a life of it's own. It is litterally a shimmying windowbox depiction of the ultimate mayhem. The detail is unparrallelled. Makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up and gives me the chills everytime I gaze upon it. ALL Totleben at it's unparalelled finest.

Totleben went well over the top and gave us one of the greatest covers ever. I'm sure Dr Wertham and Sen. Kefauver would have found it the equal of even the most scandalous of EC covers.

A historically important cover. Alan Moore and John Totleben crafted a story in "Olympus" that ushered in the era of the superhero as the everyman, that's still felt to this day.
