Description

Huge thanks to CAF for this one. I had already gotten the cover to #1 when this showed up for sale on CAF and I jumped on it. Cap and Bucky portraits are on a separate clear overlay.
This limited series is far and above one of my all time favorites and I'm super grateful to be care taking the cover art for the first two issues.
Of course now I wish I had the whole set, but I'm a big believer in not pushing too much there, those covers I'm sure are cherished by their current owners. And I also have never seen the cover to #3 so have to just hope it shows up somewhere, somehow, when someone wants to part with it!

I remember when this book first came out. I rarely bought books based on their covers, and I very rarely bought second issues when I didn't buy the first, but something about this cover made me buy this issue when it was new. Great to see the original art from it!
