Description

In the "Lights Out" storyline, Relic, who came from a previous universe destroyed by the indiscriminate use of power from the emotional spectrum, tried to the stop the same from happening by wiping out ring-wielders. After destroying all but one of the Blue Lanterns, he has come to Oa (this splash) to offer the Green Lanterns the choice of laying down their weapons or sharing the fate of the Blues.
