Description

A wonderfully drawn editorial cartoon by Gaar Williams, titled, "Knowing About Floods - We Are Ready if Needed." I think this may have to do with horrific flooding in Texas in 1921, when over 200 people were killed. The little guy in the cartoon represents John Q. Public. The cartoon shows off Williams' ink-slinging skills beautifully.
