"Ut-Oh..."

Can't tell if this is a splash from an unproduced Cap'n Quick & a Foozle #3, or the actual cover for it. Since it's signed and dated, I’m gonna go with the cover. Tusk and his barbarian horde look like a fun bunch of elephantés. What with his massive battle axe, fanged walrus/polar bear looking headdress, and an anklebracelet that spells KILL, what’s not to love? Sux we never saw the confrontation between Tusk the Barbarian with Cap'n Quick & The Foozle.

Also, interesting to see the Cap'n had traded in his aviator cap for some kinda Devo influenced half eggshell helmet with improved specs.
