DescriptionGerman movie prototype sketch for AL CAPONE by either A. Kessler or Hans Braun. This is undoubtedly for the theatrical release of 'The Untouchables' TV series pilot episode from 1959 re-named, THE SCARFACE MOB for the movies. Pretty sure this pilot episode also formed the basis of the second season two-parter, 'The Big Train'. Anyways, I'm a fan of the TV series - so this artwork jumped out at me as an item of particular interest. I think it's an effective piece of design work, capturing Neville Brand's image nicely.Social/Sharing |

Yo uare on target there- Ness was my uncle's neighbor in Chicago- oddly in another neighborhood My grandparents went t ochurch with Capone's wife and mother!
