Description

I know people don't generally post giclees, but since much of John's art is assembled digitally from hand painted pieces, no actual finished hard art exists. This is a print made from his art for the cover for James Tiptree, Jr's "Her Smoke Rose Up Forever." This cover won the 2005 Chesley Award for Best Paperback Cover Illustration. I'd encourage anyone who'd like to see more of John's art to check out his new art book, "Cover Story," available from Amazon, Bud Plant, etc.
