A Jack Kirby splash of one of his best creations and one of my favorite characters, Darkseid. I never thought I would own a splash of this quality and of this character, yet here I am. Very excited to own this by the man himself. New Gods have always been a favorite of mine and to have a page of one of them, let alone two splashes is a dream. I loved Super Powers, so, this holds a special place. Kirby’s details on this are on point, he was firing on all cylinders the day he drew it.

Kirby was a master of the splash page and few characters lend themselves to splashes as well as Darkseid.
