Honestly not sure what this is. It is a multicel setup with original background for the promotional poster for the Bakshi film Wizards. I believe the original art is by William Stout but am unsure about this animation setup. Beautiful piece. As awesome as Peace is on the A style sheet I like the fairy motif used on the B style poster.
