Not Judge Anderson, I think it's a Chaykin inspired character such as the ones he drew on the cover of Arkensword fanzine.

Absolutely amazing! I was always shocked whenever Brian would consider these types of pieces as "roughs" It's way beyond that term.
I really like this but do not expect you to want to let it go, so will leave it at that.
