(March 1944) (Fawcett Publications) While the "published" cover of "Wow Comics #23" is "NOT" by Jack Binder and it is unknown as to who actually did in fact render this suspenseful Super-Heroine Sci-Fi cover, this similar but stronger "ALTERNATE" cover image was in fact illustrated by the greatest artist to draw Mary Marvel next to her Co-Creator, Marc Swayze and that's none other than Jack Binder.
