Julian Jordan worked with Walt Disney Company Italia in the 90�s (https://inducks.org/creator.php?c1=date&c=Jjo) and this is one of the layouts of Paperino, a rough-layout or preliminar-sketch that was made as a reference for the inker where the characters were fixed and where guidelines were given and indications to follow.
