Manta Rae from "Big Bang Comics" by Lissy Raine

Lissy was doing a commission sale on twitter and I was trying to do some splurge shopping to feel less depressed about Heroes in Crisis.

Manta Rae's another member of Big Bang's Pantheon of Heroes, their Legion homage. Rae's one of the many background characters, but I loved her name and thankfully they posted her design on the official website. Now I can use this for commission reference too.
